Community Connectors CIC runs weekly group sessions
at the Tolbooth in Forres including:
- Moments That Matter, an activities programme in Forres offering connection, creativity, and gentle support for people experiencing memory loss or neurological challenges and their carers/ companions/ friends. Booking required, contact us using the button below. (Tuesday afternoons, 2-4pm)
- Brewing Connections tea and chat drop-in. Our informal weekly drop-in offers a warm, welcoming space where people can come together over tea, conversation, and community. Whether someone is seeking a friendly chat, exploring available support, or simply looking for a sense of belonging, the space encourages meaningful interaction and mutual care. No booking required. (Thursday mornings 11am-12.30pm)
- Affirming Wellbeing sessions offer a welcoming space to explore emotional and mental wellbeing through reflective, and interactive gatherings. Rooted in deep listening and connection, these rich sessions support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, isolation, or the complexities of life. These sessions remind us that by showing up for one another, we nurture resilience, strength, healing, and belonging.
No booking required. (Thursday afternoons, 1-2.30pm)
No booking required unless stated. £3 donation per session to cover energy and refreshment costs. Includes tea, coffee and biscuits.
